We had open-ended conversations with 12 business in the deep dive research and learnt:
Schedule both people and equipment
Edit a scheduled event at anytime, including while it’s in progress.
Duplicate an event, to save time on scheduling future work
Extend a scheduled event into the next day (e.g. 9pm - 3am shift)
Ideation workshops
